Fifth round of the cross league

The fifth round of the winter cross league saw us travel down to Ysgol Botwnog near Pwllheli. As has been the norm over the last couple of weeks, conditions were very cold but dry with the ground frozen. This made for some fast riding over a superb course designed by the folks of Llyn CC.

They were rewarded for all their hard work with a strong performance from several of their riders, namely Pete Windsor who showed once again that he has adapted well to this style of racing. He took the honours in the senior event, followed in by Tim Lloyd and then Ian Evans (Halesowen). In the Junior race Adam Holt (Llyn CC) was victorious with second place going to Owain LLyr (Energy Cycles) and third to Joe Holt (Llyn CC).

Prestatyn Leisure Centre will be our venue for the upcoming sixth round of the series.
